Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

Welcome to the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) at Shri Krishna University. At Shri Krishna University, we are committed to fostering an environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and student well-being. As part of this commitment, the SGRC has been established to address and resolve any grievances or complaints that students may encounter during their time at the university.

Introduction

The University operates a Students' Grievance Redressal Committee with the primary function of addressing complaints lodged by students and assessing their validity. Additionally, the committee is authorized to investigate instances of harassment. Any individual with a legitimate grievance is encouraged to approach the members of the Grievance Redressal Committee either in person or by submitting a written complaint. Alternatively, grievances can also be communicated via email to the officer in charge of the Students' Grievance Redressal Committee.

We understand that students may encounter various challenges or issues during their academic journey, and we are here to provide support and assistance every step of the way. Whether it's concerns about academic policies, classroom experiences, administrative processes, or any other matter affecting student life, the SGRC is here to listen, advocate, and facilitate resolution.

The SGRC serves as a fair and impartial platform for students to voice their concerns regarding academic or non-academic matters. Our committee comprises dedicated faculty members, administrators, and student representatives who are committed to upholding the rights and interests of students while ensuring transparency, confidentiality, and timely resolution of grievances.

Objective

The aim of the Grievance Redressal Committee is to foster a culture of responsiveness and accountability among all stakeholders, thereby ensuring a harmonious educational environment within the institute. To fulfill this objective, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been established to address and resolve issues raised by students of the University.

Our goal is to promote a positive and inclusive university experience for all students by addressing grievances promptly and fairly. We encourage students to approach the SGRC with any concerns they may have, knowing that their voices will be heard and their issues will be taken seriously.
